Hi! I'm Jack :)
A San Francisco Bay Area native, Jack began his theatrical journey at the age of eight playing Marvelous the Flying Monkey in a reimagining of The Wizard of Oz. From there, he instantly fell in love with the stage and has never looked back.
At age fourteen, Jack began teaching theatre to kids. With almost a decade of teaching experience now, he started his journey as a counselor in training at a local summer camp, where he consistently returned to for seven consecutive years, taking on roles such as Acting and StageCraft Instructor, and most recently, Camp Manager. As a teaching artist, he loves being able to connect students to art that resonates with them, makes them feel good, and makes them think. His passion lies in the sheer joy he sees art bring to children and teenagers when they experience it. Because of this innate euphoria, Jack made the decision in 2020 to make teaching his reality.
Jack attended school at Emerson College, where he obtained his Bachelor of Fine Arts and Massachusetts State Teaching Licensure in Theatre Education. There, he fostered his love for the performing arts as a performer, director, and producer, working on thirteen productions in just seven semesters. He acted as the Executive Director for the college's Student Theatre Organization "Kidding Around" a theatre organization that produces theatre for all audiences while prioritizing educational theatre, social-emotional learning, and accessible performance. Most notably, through Kidding Around, Jack became the first Executive Director to direct and facilitate a large-scale touring production since 2019, which launched this Fall 2024 season.

In the Fall of 2025, Jack will return to his Alma Mater, Saint Francis High School, as a Holy Cross Alumni Intern working within the Dramatic Arts. There, he will direct and facilitate a new production within the 2025-2026 Dramatic Arts Season and work alongside staff to continue to improve the overall student experience within the drama program.
Overall, Jack believes that art is necessary for human beings. He strongly feels that it provides students the opportunity to grow inside and outside of the theatre world, and provides needed skillsets to balance life as a whole. In his endeavors as a theatre educator, he hopes to create environments that foster these ideas, putting the experience over the product at the forefront of his work.
